How do I submit an expense?
- Open the app
- Go to Expenses
- Tap the New Expense (+) icon
- Upload your receipt or enter details manually
- Submit for approval
How do I submit a timesheet?

- Select the reporting period
- Enter your hours worked against the relevant projects
- Review and submit
Can managers approve requests from mobile?
Yes. Managers can review and approve directly from the app:
- Expenses
- Timesheets
- Time-off requests
I forgot my password
Use the Forgot Password option on your organisation’s SuccessPro web application to reset your password. Password resets are managed through your organisation’s web portal, not the mobile app.
Why is my submission still pending?
Your request may still be awaiting manager or finance approval. You can check the current status at any time from the relevant list screen in the app.
How is my data protected?
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy for full details on collection, use, and storage of your information.
Troubleshooting
App is not loading
- Check your internet connection
- Update the app to the latest version from the App Store
- Restart the app or your device
Receipt upload is failing
- Ensure the file size is reasonable
- Use JPG, PNG, or PDF formats only
- Try taking a clearer, well-lit photo of the receipt
Notifications are not working
- Enable notifications in your iOS device settings
- Make sure notification permissions are granted for the SuccessPro app
