1. Nature of the Service
SuccessPro is a mobile extension of the SuccessPro SaaS platform. It is designed to facilitate expense management, timesheet submissions, and time-off requests for authorized users of the SuccessPro service. This app does not support independent account creation; all user accounts are managed through the primary SuccessPro web platform.
2. Information We Access and Collect
Because this app syncs with your SuccessPro SaaS account, we handle:
- Authentication Data: We use secure tokens issued by the SuccessPro web platform to verify your identity.
- Functional Data: Information you explicitly enter, such as expense receipts (which may access your camera/photo library), timesheet hours, and leave dates.
- Device Metadata: Basic technical information (OS version, device model) to ensure the app functions correctly and to troubleshoot crashes.
3. Use of Data
Data entered into the mobile app is transmitted directly to the Google Cloud servers to process your requests (e.g., sending an expense report to an approver). We do not use this data for marketing or advertising.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
As this app is an extension of the SuccessPro SaaS platform, data retention is governed by your organization’s agreement with SuccessPro Inc.
- No In-App Account Deletion: Since accounts are not created within the app, they cannot be deleted within the app. To deactivate your access or delete your data, please contact your employer’s system administrator or refer to the SuccessPro web portal.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use service providers (like [e.g., Firebase Crashlytics]) to monitor app stability. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Permissions
The app may request access to your Camera or Photo Library solely for the purpose of uploading expense receipts or documentation. These permissions are only used when you initiate a related action.
